Charles Church – EAGLE II Program Executive
Charles Church leads Sevatec’s strategic initiatives across DHS. Mr. Church served as Chief Information Officer at the Department of Homeland Security from 2003 to 2008 in the Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection Directorate (IAIP), the Preparedness Directorate (PD), and the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD).
Mr. Church has supported DHS's mission through critical strategic initiatives and planning, innovating and efficient approaches and execution, and risk and security management. Based on his hands-on experience and leadership addressing the most critical challenges facing DHS today and in the future, Mr. Church is uniquely qualified to lead Team Sevatec with the most compelling and innovative solutions – connecting various stakeholders across DHS on enterprise challenges in support of the "ONE DHS."
