Vice President, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Eagle II Program Executive

Charles H. Church is the Vice President, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Eagle II Program Executive at Sevatec, Inc. In this role, Mr. Church spearheads Sevatec's capture strategy for DHS-wide programs. Mr. Church brings more than 28 years of experience offering proven successes in directing large-scale technology initiatives across DHS.

Prior to joining Sevatec, Mr. Church was the Vice President of Homeland Security and Defense for ACS Federal Solutions. Prior to joining the staff at ACS, he served the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for five years as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), the Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection (IAIP) Directorate, and Preparedness Directorate. Prior to DHS, Mr. Church supported the Treasury Department as a Program Manager for Telecommunication Services when he joined the government in October 2001. His previous private sector engagements include various leadership roles at America Online (AOL), UUNET, and One Soft.

Mr. Church was an honoree for CIO magazine's 20th annual CIO 100 Awards and was selected as the #27 ranked CIO in the United States in 2007 by a committee of top editors and writers from Ziff Davis publications CIO Insight, Baseline and eWeek. Mr. Church served 14 years as an Officer of the United States Navy Submarine Service, retiring as Lt. Commander.
