Vice President, Business Development

Joshua Rubin is responsible for driving Sevatec's growth through market strategy, corporate partnerships, marketing, strategic hiring, and increasing the new business pipeline through cross selling across Sevatec's IT, Performance Management Consulting, and Learning Service offerings. In his leadership role, Mr. Rubin develops new business and establishes new strategic partnerships to create the strongest qualified teams to serve the Federal Government. He possesses more than 12 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales in the government and commercial sectors. With an entrepreneurial approach and a deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Federal acquisition process, and small business regulations, Mr. Rubin leads strategy development and actively participates in relationship management with government stakeholders. As an active member of the contractor community, he regularly participates in a wide variety of events from organizations such as ACT-IAC, AFCEA, and PMI.

Prior to joining Sevatec, Mr. Rubin held business development and marketing roles for several Information Technology providers to the government as well as the private sector. Mr. Rubin's other industry experience includes several years successfully operating a franchise retail business called Talking Book World. As Vice President of the franchise, his responsibilities included operations management, marketing, and strategic growth.

Mr. Rubin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
