Position Title: Identity Management Specialist (Senior Level) - Washington DC/Northern VA
Position Description: The Senior Identity Management Specialist will develop technical solutions within Information Assurance (IA) initiatives with Federal Clients. Ability to provide the government cyber environment with the delivery of high-quality, technical solutions and building functional capabilities related to IA. Provide expertise with network engineering, security architecture, systems development and integration, and security solutions to support federal Information Assurance programs. The selected candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, continually keeping abreast of the latest developments in computer network defense, identity management, FISMA compliance, certification and accreditation, and other areas of IA. Develop related intellectual capital, whitepapers, and presentations. Ensure IA strategies for new technologies integrate into a cohesive system-level IA strategy.
Basic Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience with implementing Identity Management solutions
- Experience in working with Identity and Access Management technologies and implementing and integrating enterprise-wide Identity Management systems (Oracle IdM /Sun IdM)
- Experience with integrating CA or Oracle Identity Management Solutions
- Experience with the following expertise within SSO, HSPD-12, PKI, Identity Management initiatives. Work Flow management, RBAC, federation, delegation, auditing and other advanced Identity Management concepts, advanced Identity Auditing concepts, and Active Directory-Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BA or BS degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline. Masters in IT preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with leading teams to perform integration of identity management systems
- 3-5 years of ICAM tools (Oracle, SUN, CA, Quest)
- Experience with Government Clients/Government Contracting Industry preferred.
- DHS client requirement of Secret or DHS suitability.
