Responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support for the client's integrated and identity and access management system;
• Leading, planning, and implementing initiatives to ensure the quality and security of this solution and to deliver enhancements over time;
• Forging strategic relationships with client's Cyber-security organization;
• Staying abreast of emerging directions in Active Directory and Microsoft services taking advantage of Active Directory, PKI, HSPD-12, and SOA; and
• Making strong individual contributions as an architect/technical lead and small-team leader.

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Working with Program Manager to validate requirements and to estimate timeframes and costs for different approaches to system solutions;
• Creating optimal systems designs that meet requirements while also meeting company expectations for manageability, usability, and maintainability;
• Validating functional specifications provided by Program Management;
• Creating robust designs using rigorous specification methodologies, industry best practices, and sound architectural skills; and
• Communicating designs to technical teams and provide oversight including task assignments and reviews.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience in a technical leadership role
• Minimum 5 years experience in full life cycle architecture design and implementation
• Implementation of identity management and single sign on
• Knowledge of PKI and Information Assurance requirements and processes is highly desirable
