Minimum Qualifications for Technical Support Lead Help Desk:
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive technical presentations.
- Hands-on ADP experience, working with integrated computer systems under a UNIX Operating System environment. This experience may be in customer support or field engineering.
- Working knowledge in using SQL statements to retrieve data from a relational database.
- Working knowledge of operating in a Windows based LAN environment.
