OPM Blanket Purchase Agreement

Contract Overview

This Blanket Purchase Agreement grants OPM clients direct access to Sevatec experts that can thoroughly address the needs of the of the government community through Specialized Technical Area (STA) 1, Application Systems and Database Development and Maintenance.  This includes software development and support services for program offices within OPM. All task orders are competed for support in the areas of requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation; database design, development and maintenance services; and other IT application development related services.

As a prime contractor in STA 1, Sevatec may deliver the full range of applications development and support services for program offices within OPM. The Center for Information Services manages all applications development for OPM’s program offices and has a recurring need for full life cycle applications development.   Sevatec's support of OPM spans the past 7 years including agency and government-wide initiatives for system implementation, integration and application maintenance.
