Sevatec recently deployed our Task Order Response and Management System (STORMS). STORMS is Sevatec’s way of communicating with our business partners on Task Order based contracts. Driven by Microsoft’s SharePoint collaboration application, STORMS enables Sevatec to rapidly share task order opportunities from each of our contract vehicles and receive instant feedback from our partners regarding their interest. Each STORMS partner firm receives an auto-generated email for every task order released on a particular contract vehicle. The email provides a comprehensive dashboard of information about each task order and a link to log-in to the STORMS system and view the complete RFP. Should a partner have interest in participating in a task order, they can complete a quick survey in the STORMS system or reach out to the Sevatec business development team to announce their interest and value proposition.
