Sevatec offers a comprehensive PPO Dental plan through Guardian Dental

As part of our comprehensive package, we provide $100,000 of coverage to employees at no cost. Associates are also able to purchase optional term life and AD&D up to $300,000 at reasonable rates. Dependent life insurance is also available.
We pay 100% of short-term and long-term disability for all employees.
Short-Term Disability – If disabled due to sickness or accident, employees will be insured for 60% of their weekly salary up to $1,500 weekly for a period of 13 weeks.
Long-Term Disability – Sevatec insures its associates with long-term disability coverage. An associate disabled for 3 or more months will be eligible for 60% of their salary up to $6,000 until age 65.
