Retired Senior Vice President & Senior Partner of BAH Joins Sevatec's Board of Advisors

Arlington, VA, 1/18/2008 – Sevatec, Inc. announced today the appointment of Joyce Doria to its Board of Advisors. In this capacity, Ms. Doria will provide on-going strategic and tactical guidance to the Sevatec executive team. Ms. Doria's 35-plus years experience includes building and leading a 1,400 member, $140 Million business unit at Booz Allen Hamilton's (BAH) which focuses on solving complex challenges across the federal government. Ms. Doria has consulted for the Secretary of State, the President of the Brookings Institute and multiple Assistant Secretaries and Commissioners of the Department of Energy, Transportation, Treasury, Health and Human Services, the Deputy Attorney General of Justice, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Departments of Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. In addition, she has provided consulting to the leadership of associations including the American Red Cross and the Board of the American Medical Association. Most recently, she was the Booz Allen Officer-in-Charge of the restructuring of the IRS.

Prior to her appointment to the Sevatec advisory board, Ms. Doria was a Senior Vice President and Senior Partner of Booz Allen Hamilton. She served on the Senior Leadership Team for the government business as well as the Senior Partner Forum. Under the direction of Ms. Doria, the Booz Allen team has been fundamentally transforming the IRS culture, completing a major organization restructuring, implementing a strategic management system to guide the Agency's future work, and changing the organization's approach to teamwork, communication, decision-making, and leadership. Ms. Doria has been an elected member of the Booz Allen Board of Directors and served as the Chairperson for the Worldwide Audit Committee of the Board.

In addition to her other accomplishments, Ms. Doria is an accomplished speaker and has presented at a variety of conferences and workshops in productivity, strategic planning, change management, performance management, and business process redesign. Ms. Doria is an organization psychologist with B.A. in psychology from Brandeis University where she studied with Abraham Maslow and an M.A. in psychology from Boston University.
