Sevatec Providing Human Capital Expertise to Department of Defense
Sevatec, Inc., a fast-growing firm that provides management, business and technical consulting to the federal government, announced today that it is working with The Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L) workforce of the Department of Defense (DoD) to provide Human Capital consulting services in support of AT&L's goal for a high performing, agile and ethical workforce.
Sevatec will collaborate with AT&L Workforce and Career Management Office (AWCM) staff to provide cutting edge approaches and methodologies in human capital management to transform the AT&L workforce for their 21st century mission. Specific areas of involvement include: revising the AT&L Human Capital Strategic Plan (HCSP), executing HCSP strategies and human capital initiatives, and developing and publishing the annual State of the AT&L Workforce Report.
