Falls Church, Virginia, April 24, 2009: Sevatec, Inc. announced today the appointment of Robert Senter as the Vice President of Finance, Contracts, and Quality. As Vice President, Mr. Senter will provide oversight of accounting, finance, and contract administration. Mr. Senter has more than 20 years of financial and business management experience in the government sector.

Prior to joining Sevatec, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Treasurer for Universities Space Research Association (USRA), a scientific research and advanced technology company. At USRA, Mr. Senter was responsible for corporate financial management and oversight of an array of research activities and programs that spanned numerous disciplines in space research and related technologies.

Mr. Senter's experience also includes expertise in procurement, contract/subcontract management, budgeting, and auditing. He led successful proposal development efforts that resulted in multi-million dollar awards, developed operating plans and internal processes designed to improve operational efficiency and internal reporting, and implemented a federally certified Contractor Procurement Systems Review (CPSR) program to ensure quality work execution in the areas of subcontracting and procurement.
