Training and Logistics
Sevatec has developed a strong presence in the training program logistics support environment over the past five years. Sevatec provides a full range of training program support functions to ensure training program delivery success and accountability.
Sevatec provides a full range of training logistics support services for course offerings, from initial advertisement and registration to closeout and evaluation compilation. All services are logged and controlled by Sevatec using industry best practices and complete history is maintained for each client organization. Sevatec's logistics support encompasses a broad range of services ranging from site selection and participant registration to complex analyses supporting the reporting for the training office:
Participant Support
- Manage registration, cancellations, wait lists and participant recruitment.
- Provide logistics packages (e.g. directions, facility data, etc.) and pre-event assistance to participants and presenters.
- Arrange accommodations for special dietary, medical or other requirements.
- Award course credit in various Learning Management Systems
- Coordinate participation certificate creation and delivery.
Presenter Support and Coordination
- Provide presenter(s) with a participant list.
- Compile and deliver presenter information packets.
- Coordinate presenter attendance, travel and lodging, A/V, and other support equipment and materials.
- Develop and maintain presenter biographies.
- Coordinate speaker and presenter schedules.
- Coordinate any additional in-class materials required.
Course Management Support
- Prepare or obtain course materials, supplies, A/V equipment, IT resources, etc.
- Track required pre-work progress and completion.
- Coordinate presenter scheduling and logistics, including senior NASA management.
- Process participant testing and evaluations.
- Provide on-site support on request.
Site Selection and Support
- Coordinate with client organizations on facility scheduling and provisioning.
- Evaluate commercial facilities and prepare guidelines for requirements.
- Verify banquet event orders and other facility documents and ensure required services are provided as contracted.
Center Staff Interface
- Act as primary interface with training staff, client facility staff for scheduling, logistics, candidate/attendee processing.
Sevatec provides onsite logistics and administrative program support for training programs, all training facility operations and the administration of internal and external training for federal organizations. These services include full financial and travel administrative support for all client training programs. This support also includes provision for the operation, staff coverage, technology, logistics and administrative support training facilities, computer classrooms, self-paced learning center, and professional development centers.
