As the federal government’s focus on developing and strengthening their human capital to achieve organizational missions intensifies, the USA Learning® Program plays a vital role in enabling highly efficient and comprehensive learning infrastructure necessary to support federal employee learning and development. Sevatec supports the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) USALearning® Program through our Learning Management System (LMS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA),where we provide learning and human capital support to more than 20 Federal and state agencies, who then provide training for millions of government employees.
Sevatec represents OPM to federal agencies looking to procure learning products and services, works with 3rd party vendors who provide such solutions to determine where their offerings best match agency needs, and oversees and monitors the delivery of products & services procured. Our support includes the purchase of licenses and serving as a senior escalation point for issues arising in each agency’s training initiative. We meet regularly with both vendors and agencies on behalf of OPM, providing tailored LMS solutions at a lower cost.
