Schefer brings more than two decades of experience helping clients navigate the homeland and national security landscape. He has an extensive background in building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers and partners, managing and growing successful organizations, and developing impactful solutions to address market challenges. Prior to joining Sevatec, Schefer held senior leadership positions at ManTech International, Grant Thornton, Dynamics Research Corporation, and Kadix Systems.
